One Sheet Wrap Module

The process flow: batching->stirring->extrusion->blowing->cooling->corona->traction->winding->inspection->packaging
MPe Raw Material
Huge Capacity of MPe and LLDPE should be stocked to make sure the production line is smooth and fast enough to catch up season

Extrusion of Mixture 

60% MPe with 40% LLPDE will be mixed and extruded by advanced extruder of right ratio(L/D) and Diameter of head of moulding

Blowing 

Blowing process will control the thickness of the film evenly,and the film can be formed intensively  

Cooling and Corona

Film will be cooled down and surface of film will be smooth and shinning of high quality 

Winding

24 portions each rolls will be winded in the process

Inspection

Each Film should be inspected carefully before packing and delivery.
